Release of Waiver

In consideration of Agilix Solutions preparation, planning and booking of travel and lodging arrangements (including hotel, motor coach, flights, train or other modes of travel) made for the undersigned to attend Rockwell Automation's Automation Fair event (“Automation Fair”), the undersigned, on his or her own behalf, and on behalf of his or her executors, heirs, successors and assigns (collectively, “Releasing Parties”) hereby acknowledges and agrees as follows:

1. The undersigned knowingly and fully assumes all risks, known and unknown, associated with traveling to, staying at and attending Automation Fair and waives all claims for damage to person or property arising from such participation. In addition, the undersigned knowingly and fully assumes all risks, known and unknown, associated with any and all activities in which the undersigned participates while attending Automation Fair. This release and waiver covers, among other things, risk of death, serious injury and property loss whether arising from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, other participants or the undersigned.
2. The undersigned on his or her behalf and on behalf of the Releasing Parties, hereby releases and discharges Agilix Solutions and each of its owners, officers, agents, representatives and affiliates (collectively, the “Released Parties”), of any and all claims described in paragraph 1 hereof and any and all claims. Damages, or liability arising from death, disability, personal injury, property damage or theft, or actions of any kind (collectively, “Claims”). The undersigned, on his or her behalf and on behalf of each of the Releasing Parties, agrees not to assert at any time any current or future Claims against any of the Released Parties and agrees to indemnify and defend each of the Released Parties against all current and future Claims.
3. This Release and Waiver is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
